That’s why we are proud to announce that team members Nephaniah Gee Gee and Kiarnya Luhrs have officially commenced their Certificate III in Warehousing, becoming Alpha’s first employees to undertake a traineeship.
The nationally recognised qualification will equip them with valuable technical and operational skills across warehousing and logistics, complementing the practical experience they continue to gain on site each day.
The traineeship has been made possible with the support of Letia Shaw from Deploy Workforce Solutions, whose partnership has helped facilitate the program and create this valuable development opportunity.
