Our Ultra-High Purity Alpha Phase Alumina Powder (Ultra AAP-X™) is a high-sintering alumina specifically engineered for ceramics including semiconductor manufacturing components and tooling.
Produced using Alpha HPA’s proprietary purification process, Ultra AAP-X™ eliminates all detectable uranium (U) and thorium (Th), meeting strict non-detect alpha emission standards and providing an ideal solution for wafer-adjacent alumina ceramic tools and components in advanced node semiconductor equipment.
