A major highlight of the year has been the continued development of our HPA First Project Stage Two Gladstone facility, which is set to begin operations in 2027. This world-class site is an important moment in the future of our business and the global HPA supply chain. We are looking forward to the role Alpha HPA will play in the growing demand for high-purity aluminium, a material essential to the development of sustainable energy solutions, including battery technologies and electric vehicles. Our team is working to ensure our Gladstone Stage Two facility will cater for leading innovation and environmental responsibility, creating lasting value for business and the wider industry.
In addition to our strategic expansion, we have maintained our focus on sustainability and responsible sourcing. As we continue to scale operations, we’re ensuring that our materials meet the highest international standards, positioning ourselves as a key player in the energy transition. Our dedication to sustainability has been central to everything we do; from the products we deliver to the practices we employ.
This year has also seen support from government partners and industry stakeholders, which has been crucial in driving our progress. The Queensland Government and other local entities have been instrumental in providing resources to help us move forward with our Gladstone facility expansion. Their support reflects the importance of sustainable development and clean energy solutions in the region.
Our achievements over the past year go beyond the business side. At Alpha HPA, we are equally committed to the people and communities that drive our work.
