Alpha HPA's entire product range is now certified Australian Made, including its high purity aluminas, aluminium hydroxides, aluminium nitrate salts and synthetic sapphire products.
The certification reflects a business built around Australian-developed technology, local manufacturing capability and a long-term commitment to producing advanced materials in Australia.
"We have developed the technology here, built the manufacturing capability here and are producing advanced materials in Australia for some of the world's most technically demanding industries," Alpha HPA Managing Director Rob Williamson said.
Alpha HPA's products are manufactured using the Company's proprietary Smart SX Technology, developed and commercialised in Australia. The Company produces its full product range at the Stage One Facility in Gladstone, while construction continues on the full-scale HPA First Facility.
Once operational, the HPA First Facility is expected to become the world's largest single-site manufacturing facility for high purity aluminium materials, creating more than 120 ongoing jobs and a further 420 jobs during construction and commissioning.
The Australian Made certification aligns closely with Alpha HPA's belief that Australia can play a larger role in advanced manufacturing by developing technology, creating skilled jobs and producing more high-value products domestically.
As global industries place greater importance on supply chain resilience and product origin, the certification also provides customers with independently verified assurance that Alpha HPA's products are manufactured in Australia.
Most importantly, the certification recognises the people, technology and manufacturing capability that sit behind every Alpha HPA product.
From research and product development through to production and future expansion in Gladstone, Australian manufacturing remains central to the Company's growth strategy.
