Alpha HPA yesterday welcomed 14 investors to Gladstone for a closer look at the business, including a tour of the HPA First Facility – both the operating Stage One facility and the construction progress underway at the Stage Two site.
The visit brought together the key elements of the Alpha HPA story – the technology, products, markets and people behind the business, and was hosted by Managing Director Rob Williamson, Executive Director and Chief Commercial Officer Rimas Kairaitis as well as Head of Corporate Development Rob Lord.
Throughout the day, investors learned more about Alpha HPA's proprietary refining process, product portfolio, target markets and competitive advantages. Discussions explored how the company is turning partially processed feedstocks into high-purity materials used across semiconductor, battery, biotechnology and pharmaceutical applications, and the growing role these products play in global technology and industrial supply chains.
Presentations were followed by a tour, giving visitors the opportunity to see the facilities, infrastructure and expertise supporting Alpha HPA’s transition from technology development to commercial-scale manufacturing.
“What really stood out was the scale difference between Stage One and Stage Two. Seeing the facilities side by side helps put into perspective the level of growth,” one investor commented.
"Understanding the level of precision required across the project and then seeing that capability demonstrated through Stage One was particularly informative. The integration with Orica also stood out. Seeing the physical connection between the two sites really reinforced how uniquely positioned Alpha HPA is and the advantages that creates as the business scales,” another attendee contributed.
For many visitors, the scale of Stage Two is one of the most noticeable aspects of the tour. In some areas, process vessels are being enlarged more than 80 times, while others increase by well over 100 times compared with their Stage One equivalents. Talk about illustrating the scale of infrastructure required to transition from technology demonstration to commercial manufacturing!
Investors also had the opportunity to meet members of Alpha HPA's operations, engineering, maintenance and project teams and learn more about the work underway across both sites.
As demand for advanced materials continues to grow across sectors including semiconductor packaging, AI infrastructure, energy storage, biotechnology and pharmaceutical manufacturing, Alpha HPA is focused on translating its process technology into products that support these evolving markets. This includes ongoing progress at Stage Two and continued engagement with customers across a range of industries through product qualification from Stage One production.
Head of Corporate Development Rob Lord said, “It’s always a pleasure to welcome our cornerstone shareholders. The development phase always brings unique challenges, and we could not have achieved today’s milestones without their steadfast support.”
“Thank you to our shareholders, investors and guests for taking the time to visit, and to everyone who helped make the day a success.”
