Alpha HPA's commercial and leadership teams completed a series of customer visits earlier this month across Japan, South Korea and Taiwan, providing valuable insight into market requirements and strengthening relationships across key semiconductor materials supply chains.

The travel included meetings with existing and prospective customers, tours of manufacturing facilities and attendance at SEMICON Taiwan, one of the world's largest gatherings of semiconductor manufacturers, suppliers and technology companies.

Across discussions covering thermal fillers, advanced semiconductor packaging, fine ceramics and chemical mechanical polishing (CMP), Alpha HPA consistently heard the message that as technologies become smaller, faster and more powerful, the demands placed on materials continue to increase.

Head of Sales Derek Bogaert said the visit reinforced the importance of maintaining close engagement with customers and end markets.

"Customers are looking for materials that deliver exceptional purity, consistency and reliability because performance at the materials level can have a significant impact on the end application."

Maintaining direct engagement with customers remains an important part of Alpha HPA's commercial strategy. These discussions help inform product development priorities, strengthen relationships and ensure the Company remains aligned with changing market needs.

The visit reinforced the strategic value of regular engagement with customers and industry stakeholders across Asia, which remains a critical region for semiconductor manufacturing and advanced materials demand.

As Alpha HPA continues to expand production and develop new market opportunities, these discussions help ensure the HPA First Facility remains aligned with customer priorities and future technology requirements.
