Introducing Alpha Sapphire: Transforming the World of Synthetic Sapphire ⌚📱

We are thrilled to announce the launch of Alpha Sapphire, a ground-breaking brand brought to you by Alpha HPA, revolutionising the production of bespoke low carbon synthetic sapphire. Our relentless pursuit of innovation has led us to create Ultra Sapphire (Al2O3) TM, a remarkable material that opens up a new realm of possibilities.

What sets Alpha Sapphire apart is our unrivalled commitment to ultra-high purity. With our cutting-edge technology, we achieve purity levels exceeding 99.995% (4N5), ensuring the highest quality for our valued customers. By utilising our high-density sintered tablets as feedstock, we can produce synthetic sapphire in bespoke shapes, tailored to the market’s unique requirements.

We are proud to collaborate with Ebner-Fametec, renowned pioneers in crystal growth technology, to embark on an extraordinary journey into the downstream production of synthetic sapphire glass. Together, we aim to redefine the standards of excellence in the industry.

In our first phase of collaboration, we have invested in the purchase, installation, and commissioning of 2 x growth units. These units will be delivered to our HPA First Project in Gladstone by January 2024, with sapphire qualification expected by July 2024. As we successfully complete this phase, we envision expanding to these growth units by the end of 2025.
